You will find the registration documentation for the service in EACAT, and you must send it through EACAT – Procedures – Lender Consorci AOC – AOC Request for services – sending Registration Entity Form idCAT.

- The ER idCAT Registration Entity Sheet must be updated every two years based on audits and specific service conditions.

Currently it is not necessary to sign a collaboration agreement, this practice has been replaced by the acceptance of the Service Provision Conditions (general and specific) which is carried out during the request to register for the service.
