In this blog, the operating procedure followed by the operators is reviewed and the veracity of the data will be audited.
Required documentation
o Delivery sheet not found
For all those cases where you do not have a signed delivery form (either because it expired or because they could not be downloaded), make a text document (Word or similar) explaining the situation and attach the documents that support your situation (eg the three requests, etc.). This way we will take it into account when reviewing the audit.
o Remember that they must be entered in a zip
Please note that only one .zip file can be uploaded which must include all necessary documentation. If you need to correct information already uploaded, you will need to upload a new file with the same name as the original.
o I can't find the EACAT request
You can always find it in your check-out, if you can't find it, let us know.
o What is an ENS Subscriber?
When we talk about the subscriber, we mean the organization that requests certificates and that must keep the documentation.

o What is the subscriber file?
By the file we mean the subscriber file that you sent to the CAOC. This should be updated and signed with the terms and conditions, responsible for the entity, etc. and sent every 24 months.

Review and knowledge training
o Where can I find the operator course certificate?
All operators who complete the course receive a certificate. If they have done it virtually, through the virtual classroom you can download it. However, if you do not get all of them, for those of you who do not have certificates, you can create and attach a text document (word or similar) describing the reason why you could not get it and we will take it into account.
